Our leadership team has decades of practice in managing and growing international technology services companies in several continents around the world. They have successfully directed businesses from start-ups and scale-ups through to blue-chip corporations. To support them, our technical teams have over 1,000 years of combined Microsoft and cyber security experience between them.

Federico Charosky
Founder & CEO
A risk and cyber security expert, Federico has held several senior positions in Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas during a 20-year career. He has served as the Head of Security at a Middle East bank and acted as a Senior Advisor for numerous prestigious blue chip and FTSE 100 companies.
John Wallace
Chief People Officer
With over 20 years’ experience working in all aspects of human resources including resourcing, talent management and reward, John has held various senior strategic, leadership and consulting roles at RBS, Tesco Bank, Barclays and Gulf International Bank.
Greg Aitken
Chief Financial Officer
Qualified as a Chartered Accountant, Greg has 15 years’ experience in the financial services and IT services sectors. As Quorum Cyber’s CFO since 2021, he has overseen an unprecedented period of growth in headcount, customer numbers and revenue.
Mark Lawrence
Chief Operating Officer
Mark has over 30 years’ experience leading teams in high-growth environments in the UK’s IT industry. Among his former roles, he has been Operations Director and Managing Director for Vistorm Ltd, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and AppSense.

Clive has over 30 years’ experience in a wide range of senior positions in the IT services industry, including Director of EMEA for Kivu Consulting, Professional Services Director for Trustwave, Head of Professional Services Consulting MEA for BT Global Services and Head of Pre-Sales in the Middle East, Turkey, and North Africa region for Orange Business Services.
Mike Pimlott
Managed Services Director
Mike is a seasoned technology executive with over 25 years in cybersecurity and IT services. As Global Vice President at NTT Data., he drove client success and strategic cyber security adoption. His roles, including Regional VP EMEA and VP of Global Services, highlights his expertise in operational efficiency and leadership.

Steve is an accomplished sales leader with 25+ years’ experience of selling Enterprise Technology for global technology vendors. During 17 years of sales leadership, Steve has repeatedly built high performing teams that drive aggressive revenue growth and deliver continuous technology adoption in an ever-evolving market.

Paul Cullimore
Solutions Director for Microsoft Defender
Paul has over 30 years of experience in the IT security industry and over 20 years working for Microsoft. His focus is the Microsoft Defender portfolio and advising customers on how to migrate from traditional on-premises solution to take advantage of cloud based security solutions.
Graham Hosking
Solutions Director for Data Security & AI
Graham helps customers to comply with industry regulations, manage data security, govern the data life cycle and prepare for Microsoft Copilot. Trained as a technical architect, he has over 20 years of experience – including six at Microsoft – in creating business strategies and delivering projects for diverse organisations.
Clive Watson
Solutions Director for Microsoft Sentinel
Clive leads the Detection Engineering team and the Microsoft Sentinel solution offering. He spent 18 years working for Microsoft and is a Microsoft Security Most Valuable Professional (Security MVP).
Ricky Simpson
Solutions Director for Identity
Ricky delivers identity security and compliance services for public and private-sector customers, helping them to maximise the value of their investment. With 10 years’ experience at Microsoft, his expertise lies in Microsoft’s productivity solutions (Microsoft 365), SIEM and XDR with Sentinel and Microsoft Defender, with a specialist focus on identity-based security.
Strategic Advisory Board
The Quorum Cyber Strategic Advisory Board acts as a navigation beacon and counsel for the company’s leadership team.
Bob Hayes
Bob Hayes is the Chair of Quorum Cyber’s Strategic Advisory Board. He spent 30 years working in senior positions in the UK Government, followed by 10 years as a Senior Fellow of the Microsoft Institute for Advanced Technology in Governments. Bob now acts as a non-executive director and advisor to several organisations.
Lesley Kipling
Lesley Kipling is the Chief Security Advisor at Microsoft. Lesley brings deep experience in security incident response, computer security, forensic investigations, and crisis management, and holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Forensic Computing from Cranfield University.
David Aucsmith
David Aucsmith, a former naval officer and scientist in the US intelligence community, who is a Senior Principal Research Scientist at the Applied Physics Laboratory of the University of Washington and an Affiliate Professor of Computer Science & Engineering at the University of Washington. For 14 years, David was Senior Director for Microsoft’s Institute for Advanced Technology in Governments.
Andy Ellis
Andy Ellis is a former US Air Force officer, graduate of MIT, and a business executive with deep expertise in security. Andy led Akamai’s security as it created a billion-dollar cyber security business
