I am thrilled to announce that Quorum Cyber has raised an investment of £2.7M from a group of investors led by Maven Capital Partners (Maven), in partnership with Scottish Investment Bank (SIB), which will accelerate our growth, innovation, and continuous advancement of services. Maven and SIB are backing the current Quorum Cyber team and providing growth capital to allow us to continue serving you, defending your teams and organisations, and empowering you to safely pursue your business objectives and vision.

From Our Founding Client Partners, and Beyond

By providing a range of cyber security services, including the world’s first Microsoft Azure Sentinel Security Operations Centre (SOC), Quorum Cyber has grown exponentially year on year, enabling customers everywhere to effectively reduce cyber security risk.

In the 4 years since our founding in 2016, we have learned a lot about the needs of organisations and teams of all sizes. This helped us in shaping our products and services to be not only the best providers of cutting-edge cyber security solutions, but also become true security partners for the full journey as industries, technologies, teams, and threats evolve.

In the last 12 months, we have established a presence out with the UK with early success in the Netherlands, Middle East, Australia and South Korea.

The investment provided by Maven and SIB will allow us to accelerate our internationalisation whilst continuing to grow sustainably, delivering a first-class service that is so vital to who we are as a company.

Big Changes in the industry

As the cyber security industry becomes embedded in every part of our culture – from digital elections and national health, to the corporations we run and all of the products we use as consumers – we believe the time is right for disrupting the way we envision, discuss, and consume cyber security services. We, the team at Quorum Cyber, look forward to continuing to be a positive part of that disruption.

We believe that for security to be effective, it should be transparent, jargon-free, and user-centric. The industry needs to move away from “fear selling” and towards true collaborative partnerships with business and organisations, ensuring security delivers measurable business value.

The investment led by Maven in Quorum Cyber evidences the value placed on companies that put customers first, and that the culture of partnership, mutual investment, honesty and shared accountability that we have worked so hard to build with our Customer and Partner community is a sound strategy for healthy, sustainable businesses.

Our plans are to continue to invest in the strategies that have worked so well in getting us here; hiring local talent from the Universities we are so proud to support, deepening strong business-outcome oriented partnerships with technology partners like Microsoft, and building a customer community and ecosystem that enables organisations to lean on the teams of professionals we are so immensely proud to count within our ranks.
