Ciara Mitchell starts new role as Customer Advocacy Director at Quorum Cyber

On a mission to continually improve the experience for organisations in every sector and region of the world, Quorum Cyber has appointed Ciara Mitchell in the new position of Customer Advocacy Director. She will be responsible for building deeper customer relationships, driving and delivering a customer advocacy strategy and ensuring that the company always places its customers at the heart of everything it does.

Ciara has a wealth of experience and expertise in the technology services sector, having previously been Head of ScotlandIS Cyber, Scotland’s Cyber Cluster, where she promoted innovation and supported the growth of the sector in line with the government’s cyber security strategy. She spent 20 years at BT Global Services in a number of senior management and engineering roles, including as Head of Global Product Management in the Security Intelligence division. With an MBA from Heriot Watt Edinburgh Business School, Ciara is a Trustee for ACE IT Scotland and up to recently was a board member for UK Cyber Cluster Collaboration (UKC3) which she helped to establish.
