Quorum Cyber is delighted to announce the appointment of John Wallace as Chief People Officer, responsible for leading our new people strategy and keeping Quorum Cyber’s values at the core, as the business continues to grow.

John brings with him over 20 years of exceptional experience across all aspects of human resources; resourcing, talent management and reward, having held various senior strategic and leadership roles throughout his career including, RBS, Tesco Bank and Barclay. John has consulted on Talent in UK and overseas (Bahrain, Saudi Arabia) and remains the owner of a residential care home for the elderly in Northern Ireland, facing and overcoming one of the most unprecedented challenges imposed on businesses last year, with the Covid-19 pandemic.

Speaking about his appointment, John said,

With a well-established strong culture to build from, John looks to translate the company values into everyday work, ensuring these efforts continue to drive growth, brand values, and deliver on Quorum Cyber’s business strategy.

Quorum Cyber’s inspiring mission has advanced its growth expeditiously over the last year, securing investment led by Maven Capital Partners, accelerating recruitment across the organisation from SOC Analysts, Security Consultants and Engineers to Service Delivery roles, as well as the formation of a new Board of Directors. As Quorum Cyber continues its accelerated growth strategy and enters new global markets, John’s critical priority will be to implement a people and resourcing strategy with appropriate governance and aligned with the business overall mission, making Quorum Cyber the place to work in Cyber Security.
